Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for cancellations made by the client under the conditions outlined
in the Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made outside the
allowable timeframes.

Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to
sales@travelmanager.world.
The refund process will begin once the request is received and reviewed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will
be returned to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Components
Some components of travel packages (e.g., airline tickets, hotel bookings, or activity reservations)
may be non-refundable based on the terms and conditions of third-party providers.

Administrative Fees
Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee to cover processing costs. Client
will be informed of these charges before any processing is initiated.

Force Majeure
In cases of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural
disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, the refund policy will align
with the terms set by the relevant service providers.

Cancellation Procedure

Clients must notify the agency in writing via email to sales@travelmanger.world to initiate the cancellation
process. The cancellation date will be determined based on when the written notice is received by us.

Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings, including but not limited to promotional packages, last-minute deals
or special offers, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Partial Cancellations
For packages including multiple services, partial cancellations may not be permitted. Clients are
advised to review the specific terms of their package.

Force Majeure
In cases where travel plans are disrupted due to
circumstances beyond the client’s control, such
as natural disasters, pandemics, or government
restrictions, cancellation terms will depend on the
policies of the third-party providers.
